Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Image Asset Manager handles your data.

1. Data that stays on your device

Everything Image Asset Manager creates is stored locally on the device or, if you choose, in your own iCloud Drive account. We never see, transmit, or have access to any of it. This includes:

• Generated and imported images, stored in the library folder you select.
• Prompts, including saved prompt-library entries.
• Project, client, tag, variant, and reference-image metadata in a local SQLite database.
• Spend and generation history.
• Your Google AI Studio and Anthropic API keys, stored in the macOS or iPadOS Keychain.

Ionic Consulting Ltd has no servers and no analytics pipeline. We do not collect device identifiers, usage statistics, crash reports, or any other telemetry.

2. Data sent to third-party AI services

To generate images and refine prompts, the app sends data directly from your device to the AI services you have configured with your own API keys:

• Google AI Studio (Imagen 4 and Gemini 2.5 Flash Image) — receives prompts, reference images, and any provider-specific parameters you supply. Subject to the Google Cloud Privacy Notice and the Generative AI Additional Terms.
• Anthropic (Claude, used optionally for prompt refinement) — receives the prompt text you ask Claude to refine. Subject to the Anthropic Privacy Policy and Usage Policies.

The request is made directly from the app to those services using your API key. Ionic Consulting is not a party to that exchange and does not see or store the data. The third parties may retain prompts and outputs under their own terms — please review their policies if this matters to you.

3. Data sent to Apple

Standard Apple platform data flows apply: iCloud Drive sync if you choose to store the library in iCloud, and Keychain syncing across your Apple devices if you have iCloud Keychain enabled. These are governed by Apple's privacy policy. Ionic Consulting does not receive a copy of any of this data.

4. Children

Image Asset Manager is rated 18+ because it enables AI-generated content. The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly process the data of children under 13.

5. Your rights under UK GDPR

Because Ionic Consulting Ltd does not collect, store, or process any personal data through Image Asset Manager, there is no personal data for us to access, correct, port, or delete on your behalf. To exercise these rights against the AI services the app talks to, please contact those providers directly.

6. Changes to this policy

If we change how the app handles data — for example, by adding optional cloud features in a future version — we will update this page and bump the effective date. Material changes will also be flagged in the app's release notes.
